My Approach

Over the years I’ve worked with professionals from the world of finance, law and fashion as well as CEOs and high-profile individuals all with demanding jobs and busy schedules.

I understand the importance of carving out time in your busy schedule to prioritize your mental health and well-being and to foster a spiritual connection through the practice of yoga.

I’m a Level 2 Authorised Ashtanga Yoga teacher, which means I’ve spent many years learning Ashtanga Yoga directly from its source in Mysore, India and am qualified to teach both the primary and intermediate series.

I combine my knowledge of trauma-informed practices with the teaching of ashtanga to take a non-dogmatic person-centred approach. I’m also a qualified yoga therapist and have studied with many of the world’s most renowned yoga teachers.

In working together I can share this knowledge and many years of practical experience to create a practice that nourishes and supports you, and gets you the best results!

During our chat, we’ll talk about your goals and objectives for private yoga classes and organise a suitable time for an introductory class

After the introductory class, you can decide how often you’d like to practise with me (most clients choose once or twice a week) and we’ll discuss how I can support you to practise independently.

Private yoga classes will provide you with the motivation and support you need to establish a regular consistent practice to nourish and support you and meet your practice goals!

Introductory Class - £90 for up to one hour

  • 4 classes for £360

  • one-off class £120

    ONLINE (via Zoom)

    Introductory Class - £60 for up to one hour

    4 classes for £240

  • one-off class £80

In-person private yoga classes are available in London for individuals or small groups, either in the comfort of your own home or at Astanga Yoga London NW1.

Online classes are available worldwide via Zoom
